Joseph Rudy

Project Manager

Joseph C. Rudy, Project Manager, is an experienced design specialist for transportation projects and has worked for several DOT’s as well as the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. He has been working in the consulting industry since 1998. As a member of the design team, Mr. Rudy was responsible for providing leadership and experience on multiple projects for PennDOT clients in District’s 5-0, 6-0, 8-0 and 3-0. His project experience is in highway and bridge transportation projects. His background includes roadway and drainage design, as well as permitting. His professional experience encompasses contract plans, specifications, inspection and estimates for transportation projects. Mr. Rudy has experience in land development design projects, securing project approvals, cost estimates, construction management, and construction stakeout surveys. Mr. Rudy’s design experience includes grading, erosion and sediment control, wastewater collection, water supply, stormwater management, and roadway design. Mr. Rudy has experience with bridge analysis. As a Field Inspection Team Member for the NBIS Inspection & Analysis Program, he has analyzed over 100 structures ranging in structure type & complexity. His experience in inspection includes prestressed concrete, steel, box culverts, timber & reinforced concrete structures.
