Alan Mrvica, P.E., Project Manager, has experience in transportation engineering, for both public and private sector clients, since 2006. He applies his transportation engineering knowledge in micro- and macro-simulation modeling; traffic operational analysis; traffic impact studies; Development of Regional Impact (DRI) studies; Intersection Justification Report (IJR) studies; safety studies; qualitative assessment studies; crash analyses; intersection capacity analyses; and traffic signal warrant studies. He has provided on-site traffic operations services for District Four of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) that include the preparation of various traffic operations analysis, review of traffic operations studies, plans review, data collection, and preparation of traffic control device installation work orders for contractors. Mr. Mrvica also has attended various meetings representing FDOT. His work for District Four also requires interaction with the citizenry, business owners and public agency representatives regarding traffic related concerns from the general public.
