McMahon completed an analysis of the trip generation for the non-residential uses of The Slade condominium building located on the west side of Flagler Drive between Kirksey Street and Lakeside Court in the City of West Palm Beach, overlooking the intercoastal waterway. The analysis was for the conversion of office and retail use on the ground floor of the building for a proposed land use for a quality restaurant (3,856 square feet).

A trip generation analysis was completed for the approved and proposed non-residential uses. Palm Beach County trip generation rates were used.
