McMahon performed traffic engineering services, including a site traffic impact assessment related to the proposed development of a Fresh Market to be located in the southeast quadrant of the US Route 19 (Washington Road) intersection with Connor Road and Gilkeson Road in Mount Lebanon, Allegheny County, PA. The development consisted of a redevelopment of an abandoned 18,617 square-foot Carpet/Rug store with a 17,650 square-foot specialty food market. An existing Jos. A. Bank retail clothing store remained on the development site. Primary access to the site is provided via two accesses to Connor Road, for which McMahon prepared the design and highway occupancy permit plans.
